OK, so here we are, day 1 of P90X. I'm probably a little crazy to post these before pictures, especially since I gained all that weight with the pregnancy/miscarriage, but it is what it is (or as my husband has appropriated, "everything is everything").
No more dilly-dallying, here are the stats:
Weight: 148.8 lbs
Body fat: 24.1%
Chest: 35.5"
Waist: 33"
Hips: 43"
Thigh: 22"
Bicep: 11.75"
As the book says, "This is not just a before picture. It's a GOODBYE picture"!

You are brave posting the pictures... don't get me wrong, I think you already look good, but I know the vulnerability I would feel in doing it, and that alone makes me nauseous.
I keep starting exercise programs and then eat more, see no changes in pounds or body fat, and then get discouraged, and eat more and quit the exercise. Then there's just the stress of life itself...
Anyway... good luck with this. You are often in my thoughts and prayers...
