Christmas Gift for Mom?

Do you ever wonder what to get your mom for Christmas (or your mother-in-law)? Every single year I try and try, but I have the hardest time trying to figure it out. What I particularly like about it is the fact that we aren't likely don't having children, so you just add the stones $2 at a time.
