My husband and I have been doing P90X since last fall. We've been through it almost three times now. It totally rocks. It's hard -- definitely a workout, but I can totally see a difference in my athleticism. The yoga is awesome for balance and flexibility (which I'm convinced is the secret to staying young), and I have a lot more definition in my arms, back and legs. I couldn't do pull ups in the beginning either, so I started with the bands. Now (even though I've been through the program more than once), I can only do the chair-assisted pull ups. But...that's more than I could ever do before.

So excited you're doing this -- in the words of Tony Horton (on the Ab Ripper workout), "I hate it. But I love it." ;)

Btw -- we leave for Disney in a week!Michelle@Life with Threehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02770928322306445408noreply@blogger.com
