On top of eating too much delicious food, I also had some hormonal weight retention issues. :) But this week I am back to what I was pre-Thanksgiving. I didn't r...So...this was a rough week for me! I didn't really keep track of what I ate so much. I had a checkerburger and fries on Sunday, leftovers from Thanksgiving some and pizza Tuesday and Wed. AND my period started today (hehe...explains the EATING). So, needless to say, I was really scared to weigh in. Well...I didn't gain or lose! So, Yay! I'm hoping to drop a few this next week! So, I'm still at 30% to goal? Is that right? Down 6 lbs? Geez...this is gonna take FOREVER!!!! I did manage to get my workouts in although I am EXHAUSTED now. Bottom line: 144.8 = Booo!!! I am only down .2 from my original weight.
